As you know, I'm working towards controlling my dreams. There's a good chance that I will never manage it, and if I do it will certainly take time.
I have had some success, however. Last night whilst falling to sleep, I was thinking about one particular event, and then that event featured heavily in my following dreams, though modified and added to. Still, it's a start.
I've had a few ideas:
Continue doing this, thinking about one thing in particular as I fall asleep.
Try to remember my dreams as I wake up, perhaps write something down or at least think it over in ...
